InTouch representatives consistently provide accurate assistance to our members during times of excessive call volume and during non-business hours which helps ensure our members can be assisted over the phone in a timely manner, even if the Credit Union is closed.
InTouch is a great resource which helps our staff to manage call volumes appropriately during peak call times. Our online banking is a great example; during times of heavy call volume, online banking questions are often sent directly to InTouch as their team can walk members through the appropriate steps and assist in unlocking and resetting accounts as well as updating member information upon request. This assistance allows the Credit Union staff to process through calls more efficiently and keep the member’s wait time to a minimum.
